Description of the Assignment: The purpose of this assignment is to provide analytical and advisory support for the assessment of citizen-centric public services, with particular focus on education and youth development, including the platforms, data and institutional arrangements supporting their delivery. The assignment will assess implementation, performance and user experience, and identify opportunities to strengthen service delivery and evidence-based decision-making. The objective of the assignment is to provide analytical and advisory support to the Cabinet of the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development in strengthening evidence-based decision-making related to public sector digital platforms by assessing their implementation, utilization, performance, user experience, and institutional effectiveness, and by developing recommendations that support their continuous improvement, sustainability, and alignment with national digital transformation priorities.
Period of assignment/services: August 2026 – December 2026
Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
