Description of the Assignment:  International expert to analyze trends, benchmarks, and best practices on digitalization, future and green skills and develop concept for TVET in Azerbaijan, and support to pilot international certification programme (focusing on “Future Skills”)

Period of assignment/services (if applicable):  June – August 2024
