DescriptionCompany:A leading Contract Research Organization (CRO) specialising in large molecule drug development that advances client drug discovery and development programs through high-quality analytical services is seeking a dynamic Project Manager with a strong background in preclinical and clinical immunoassay analytics.The ideal project manager will manage multiple immunoassay projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory standards. Proficiency in PK, ADA, TK, Nab, and Gyros assays is crucial.Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee immunoassay projects, ensuring they meet client specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and providing regular updates.
  • Technical Oversight: Ensure the technical aspects of PK, ADA, TK, Nab, and Gyros assays are executed accurately.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Manage projects in accordance with GLP, GCP, and ICH M10 guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any project-related issues, ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Degree: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or a related field; PhD preferred.
  • Experience: multiple years’ experience in immunoassay analysis within a CRO or similar environment.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of PK, ADA, TK, Nab, and Gyros assays.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects, client relations, and technical details.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
