By bringing together Manulife Bermuda with Manulife Hong Kong’s and Manulife Singapore’s International Brokerage Channel, the GHNW business can capitalize on the strengths of the three business units to accelerate growth in the HNW and Ultra HNW markets.Manulife Bermuda is viewed as a leader in the Global High-Net-Worth life insurance market with capacity to write insurance on residents in over 150 countries. For 20 years, we have delivered value through innovation, driven growth through differentiated products and provided superior service by partnering with our third-party distributors to identify better ways to access and serve our customers.The Implementation Lead will report to the Director of Product Management and be responsible for overseeing the successful technical planning, project management, and implementation of new HNW life insurance products. This role will involve collaborating with internal teams to develop industry-leading products.Responsibilities:Establish and maintain a program management framework to support the oversight and execution of product initiativesAct as a product subject matter expert and assist the Product Manager in the development of contracts, illustrations and other technical aspects of product developmentCollaborate with global teams to prioritize requests with internal and external stakeholdersEngage with Pricing, Marketing, Legal, IT and Distribution to ensure the smooth launch of new productsAct as a change agent and leverage new concepts (e.g. Human-Centered Design) to embrace new ways of working and move the business forwardEffectively communicate to motivate, empower, and align people and teams across the organizationBuild beneficial networks to achieve collective business goalsKnowledge / Skills / Competencies:Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or other postgraduate degree preferredSuperior problem-solving skills, including the ability to take on complex challenges, design and communicate concrete action plans, and implement solutionsExcellent project delivery/management skills, demonstrated success implementing multi-faceted plans that span multiple working teams/divisionsCompelling ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to effectively influence others, negotiate, and garner support to achieve intended outcomesTechnology-savvy, leveraging technology to plan, innovate, and drive resultsBusiness acumen, knowledge of the international high-net-worth market would be an assetStrategic thinking, ability to think broadly and strategically, including making decisions in the face of ambiguityWhat motivates you?

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
