UNFPA hereby announces an Invitation for Proposals: Implementation of UNFPA Ukraine 2025-2029 Country Programme

UNFPA, United Nations Population Fund, an international development agency, invites qualified organisations to submit proposals for the implementation of the UNFPA 2025-2029 Country Programme for Ukraine. The purpose of the Invitation for Proposals is to identify eligible non-governmental organisations for prospective partnership with the UNFPA Country Office in Ukraine to support the achievement of results outlined in the UNFPA 2025-2029 Country Programme for Ukraine.

Organisations that wish to participate in this Invitation for Proposals are requested to send their submission through email or mail clearly marked “NGO Invitation for Proposals” at the following address:

Deadline for applications: 11 February 2025. 

Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted for consideration.

Applications must be submitted in English. 

Any requests for additional information must be addressed in writing by 29 January 2025 at the latest to ukraine.office@unfpa.org. UNFPA will conduct a dedicated meeting to provide responses to all queries or clarification requests from NGO applicants. The meeting will ensure that all interested parties receive comprehensive and consistent responses. Details about the meeting, including the date and access instructions, will be shared with applicants who have submitted requests for clarification.
