If you are looking for a place to invest your passion, then keep reading!What The Role Looks LikeAs the Implementation Project Manager, you will support our clients and partners in enabling their use of the FlexPay platform.A day in the life of this position includes:

  • Managing the full life cycle of client integration, from inception and pre-sales, technical consultation to go-live, with a strong focus on technical Implementation aspects.
  • Managing new technical integrations, quality assurance processes and improvement projects.
  • Planning, coordinating, and supervising the integration cycle from conception to finalization.
  • Creating client facing Implementation materials and conducting client training.
  • Acting as the key driver behind various Implementation and integration related projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed by their respective owners on time and within budget.
  • Defining the onboarding requirements for all integrated partners.
  • Managing the onboarding experience for complex clients, and clients with custom integrations.
  • Coordinating teams of technical and support resources internally and with clients and partners.
  • Communicating project updates and managing project messaging internally and assessing and minimizing risk factors to ensure project success.

Who We’re Looking ForYou are a technical project manager with 3-5 years’ experience in a SaaS based environment. You are a great communicator with skills in managing and organizing multiple on-going projects. You go out of your way to make sure documentation and processes are streamlined, and are committed to quality, testing, and client success. You are looking to join a team where you can be dedicated to the growth and development of an exciting new product and are the type of person who loves autonomy and freedom to manage your workload as you see fit.What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Project Management in a SaaS based environment (ideally payments/FinTech).
  • PMP certification is a strong asset.
  • 3+ years’ experience with API integrations.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScipt and .Net Framework.
  • Experience with data queries and SQL.
  • Experience in Excel and SalesForce.
  • Technical aptitude, comfortable learning new software and working in a highly technical environment.
  • Solid understanding of business performance metrics, and a willingness to embrace data.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, ability to bring people together and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Proven ability to identify and raise issues and risks and recommend actions to resolve them.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • A self-starter driven by success with attention to detail.
  • An adaptive learner who always strives for challenge.
  • Outside of the box thinking, someone who is not afraid to ask questions and look for new/different solutions.
