Job Description :Mitchell’s Casualty Tech Services is hiring an Implementation Specialist who will be leading all implementations for Script Advisor and PBM product lines. The individual will be responsible for:
- Setup and installation of technical systems, applications, or process designs for client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions.
- Working directly with client to manage initial access, map and transfer data, creating process documentation, and training or coordinating training for client users.
- Testing and troubleshooting functionality of installed systems; identifying and documenting technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams for resolution.
- Providing feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.
- May work directly with clients on-site or provide installation support remotely.
Qualifications:Minimum Education: Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.Preferred Skills and Experience: Knowledge of and experience with configuration and functions of Enlyte’s Script Advisor product or other personal injury PBM claims systems.Benefits : We’re committed to supporting your ultimate well-being through our total compensation package offerings that support your health, wealth and self. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $30.86 – $43.27 hourly, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
