Inbound Call Center Assistant

Located in Lincoln, NE

Salary: Up to $21/hr

Express Employment has an opportunity for an Inbound Call Center Assistant with a local company here in Lincoln, NE. The ideal candidate will be someone who can operate under high stress, has strong customer service experience, and excellent computer skills. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with the potential to turn into a long-term career!

Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Receive a variety of calls and direct them to the necessary parties
Maintain necessary databases and contact information
Complete research, manage spreadsheets, track reports and correspondence.
Create and nurture positive working relationships
Comply with DOT safety regulations
Carries out instructions as given
Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience/Skills:

1+ year of experience in an office or call center required!
High school diploma or GED
Working experience with computers and software programs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
May need to lift up to 35lbs from time to time

Schedule/Pay:

Training will take place from 7:00am – 4:00pm for 30 days
After training, the schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay up to $21/hr
Employees paid weekly!
