Leigh Academy Hugh Christie is seeking an Inclusion Manager to join our committed team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people by supporting them to reflect, reset and thrive in a culture of high expectations.Working as part of our dedicated pastoral and behaviour teams, you will lead our internal inclusion provision – providing a calm, structured environment where students can continue their learning and receive the support they need to successfully reintegrate into mainstream lessons.The successful candidate will:Be calm, resilient and able to build positive relationships with studentsSupervise our internal exclusion room and uphold routines for focused, disruption-free learningProvide students with guidance and strategies to improve behaviour and self-regulationWork closely with families, pastoral leads and the senior team to promote inclusion over exclusionSupport wider academy behaviour systems through patrol, detentions, and behaviour trackingIf you’re resilient, empathetic, and ready to take on a role with real purpose and impact – we’d love to hear from you.The basis of this role is permanent, working 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday), Term Time + 1 week of inset and offering an actual salary of £21,274 – £22,734 per annum (£24,404 – £26,079 full-time equivalent) based on experience.The Leigh Academy Hugh Christie is a very special place to work and pre-application visits or phone calls are both encouraged and welcomed.
