We are seeking a results-driven and strategic thinker to lead our Influencer Marketing team while also serving as the go-to problem solver for campaign execution and contract negotiations. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring our influencer campaigns run smoothly, performance goals are met, and any challenges are effectively addressed. • Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Influencer Marketing team.
• Schedule and conduct quarterly performance reviews with clear goal setting.
• Campaign Management & Strategy:

• Oversee large-spend influencer marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, ensuring campaigns meet KPIs and deliver ROI.
• Troubleshoot any campaign issues that arise, providing swift and effective solutions.
• Deal & Budget Oversight:

• Guide and assist the team in building and maintaining strong relationships with agencies and talent.
• Ensure influencer collaborations align with overall brand strategy and objectives.
• Creative & Communication Oversight:

• Oversee and approve the ideation, development, and execution of creative influencer content.
• Assist in crafting and maintaining clear, professional, and effective email communications with agencies and talent.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration between influencers and internal teams to ensure campaign success.
• Conflict Resolution & Contract Management:

• Aid in resolving all contractual redlines, ensuring adequate protection without jeopardizing deals.
• Serve as a key point of escalation for any influencer or agency-related conflicts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale influencer campaigns with measurable success.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills – you know how to get what you want while maintaining strong relationships.
• Experience in contract negotiations and understanding legal considerations in influencer agreements.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
