Adecco is currently seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Account Representative for a 12-monnth contract with possibility of extension role based in Ottawa, ON. With a competitive salary of $20.43 Per Hour, you’ll be responsible for leveraging consultative sales techniques to optimize online advertisements for small to medium-sized businesses. • Pay rate: $20.43/hour.
• Location: Ottawa, ON
• Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:30pm
• Job type: 12-month contract with possibility of extension | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of advertisers and identify sales opportunities
• Provide tailored solutions to meet client goals and optimize product performance
• Conduct proactive outreach and engage with clients via phone and email
• Exceed quarterly targets through high-volume outbound calling
• Develop expertise in social media advertising solutions and market intelligence

Requirements:

• At least 1-year sales experience, with a total of 3 years of work experience (or 2 years if a graduate of Sales/Marketing related courses).
• Previous outbound sales experience and familiarity with quota-based sales environments preferred.
• BPO experience desirable.
• Strong communication skills, solutions-oriented mindset, and proficiency in computer skills essential.
• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
