The goal is to transition into a full-fledged sales position. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in day-to-day operations, including client communications, preparing quotes, and managing documentation.
• Shadow senior sales representatives to learn best practices in customer relationship management and sales strategies.
• Gain a deep understanding of our products/services and their applications by working closely with technical teams.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
• Assist in generating leads and follow-ups to support sales targets.
• Develop customer relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

• A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. New grads are welcome.
• A strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to tackle challenges head-on.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
