• Share your product knowledge and technical expertise with our valued customers to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
• Provide accurate service quotes and obtain customer authorization for work, ensuring transparency and trust.
• Go the extra mile by finalizing sales and conducting follow-up to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with the exceptional service they received.
• Take charge of scheduling customer appointments for tire and mechanical services, providing convenience and peace of mind.
• Be meticulous in ensuring accurate billing for all products, ensuring our customers have a seamless experience.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate your expertise with experience in the automotive aftermarket or tire industry, where you have a track record of delivering exceptional customer service and providing valuable business support.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driver’s abstract, as they are essential conditions of employment.
• Showcase your exceptional time management skills, allowing you to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Thrive in a collaborative team environment, using your strong interpersonal skills to work seamlessly with others.
