Primary responsibility is to provide support to colleagues on escalation calls and assist the Manager with day-to-day activities. The Inside Sales Supervisor will assist the Manager with improving team performance and developing and mentoring the Inside Sales and Business Development Representatives.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Maintain Baseline Sales Target
- Mentor, coach, and develop ISR’s & BDR’s
- Lead workflow distribution and floor management.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email.
- Respond with a sense of urgency to Service Levels.
- Suggest process improvements.
- Keep staff motivated.
- Manage change effectively to ensure departmental objectives are met.
- Respond to customer complaints.
- Administer performance management by diagnosing improvement opportunities.
- Provide effective feedback, coaching, training, and professional development.
- Maintain world class customer service.
- Conduct side by sides with direct reports.
- Work alongside Quality Specialists.
- Answer questions from staff and provide guidance.
- Measure performance with key metrics.
- Maintain adherence to policies for attendance and established procedures.
- Keep management informed on issues and problems.
- Facilitate and participate in team and leadership meetings.
- Gather information from customers to help identify and solve problems.
- Sell the value of our service to our customers and colleagues.
Assist with other office duties as assigned.RequirementsWhat do you need?
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of Sales experience required
- At least 1+ years of Leadership experience & iRIS/Google Suites experience.
- Read, write and comprehend written and spoken English to communicate effectively and professionally at all times.
- Possess a strong familiarity with call center environment.
- Use active listening skills and empathy when interacting with others.
- Apply excellent interpersonal skills.
- Possess service orientation with desire to make a positive impact on all customers and colleagues.
- Successfully work in a team environment.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess exceptional organizational skills.
- Be self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 2007 or later, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Have knowledge of Google Suite, especially Google Drive and associated programs frequently used at Rentokil North America.
- Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you are to work on a Saturday the hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and occasional Sunday work is required by the busy season of the business.
