The Department of Kinesiology and Physical Education invites applications for a Continuing Appointment position at the level of Instructor II or III. The appointment will commence on August 1, 2024, subject to budgetary approval. Hiring salary will be up to $76,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Applicants should hold a Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Kinesiology or related field and possess experience teaching at the post-secondary level. The successful candidate will be expected to teach courses/labs primarily in the areas of Wellness and Physical Activity and Applied Physical Literacy. The ability to teach in other Kinesiology areas will be considered an asset. This is a teaching position with no expectation for research. The Department of Kinesiology and Physical Education emphasizes the student experience and excellence in teaching in its B.A. and B.Sc. offerings in Kinesiology, as well as in its M.A. and M.Sc. programs.
