About the Opportunity

Soil Association Certification is looking for an Integrity Manager to lead and coordinate our approach to integrity and risk management across our certification activities. This is an important role within our Accreditation team, helping to ensure that our work remains credible, transparent and compliant with relevant scheme owner, accreditation and internal requirements. You will oversee the management of integrity issues and investigations, maintain the organisational risk register, and support colleagues across the business to identify, assess and manage operational, compliance and reputational risks. You will also coordinate responses to accreditation body incidents, complaint investigations and integrity concerns, ensuring appropriate documentation, reporting and follow-up action.

This is a varied and influential role for someone who enjoys working across teams, interpreting complex requirements and supporting continuous improvement. You will be comfortable interpreting standards and requirements, communicating clearly with different audiences and influencing colleagues constructively.

We are looking for someone collaborative and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards. Experience working with certification schemes and standards such as FSC, PEFC or organic schemes would be valuable, as would experience using compliance, case management or digital quality systems.
