  • Collaboration and support for innovative teaching and learning projects and initiatives
  • Support for TRU staff and service area training pertaining to interculturalization
  • Development and delivery of workshops to increase intercultural capacities for students
  • Instruction of Student Success courses for the Faculty of Student Development, as required
  • Engagement in service, internally and externally, that benefits the department, TRU and the profession

QUALIFICATIONS

  • PhD or EdD (Preferred) in Education, Anthropology, Sociology, or other relevant field; a Masters with relevant work experience will be considered
  • Two years of relevant experience at a post-secondary institution
  • Experience mentoring and supporting diverse students
  • Experience developing curriculum development for both face-to-face and online delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct program/course evaluations
  • Demonstrated potential for successful engagement in scholarly activity
