School of Healthcare SciencesWe are looking for a highly motivated Research Assistant to join Dr Catherine Purcell, Professor Kate Wilmut (Oxford Brookes University) and the research priorities for Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD) in the UK team in the School of Healthcare Sciences at Cardiff University.You will be working alongside experts in priority setting from the James Lind Alliance and people with living experience of DCD to support the development of the Top 10 DCD research priorities for the UK.In this role, you will:

Knowledge, Skills and Experience * Knowledge of research methods and techniques within Developmental Coordination Disorder.
Communication and Team Working * Proven communication skills, including presentation to various audiences.
Other * Proven ability to demonstrate creativity, innovation and teamworking in a workplace environnement.
Desirable Criteria * Postgraduate degree at PhD level (or nearing completion / submission) in a related subject area and / or previous research assistant experience / or experience with empirical data collection.
