In this role you will be working with key industry leaders and innovators to develop the intellectual content for commercial programmes across digital and physical platforms, as well as project managing these programmes from start through to completion. This role will focus on the Financial Services industry in either Europe or North America.This is an in-person role located in our London office.Key Responsibilities

• Project manage a portfolio of commercial conferences, webinars and training courses.
• Conduct primary research with leading industry practitioners primarily via phone research which you would independently conduct.
• Source top speakers for the programmes and conduct phone pitches with these people to confirm them on the line-up and work closely with these senior practitioners in the lead up to the conference.
• Work with the marketing, sponsorship, sales and operations teams to drive the success of each event.
• Take ownership of on-site event management and be responsible for running the conferences in locations across Europe or North America.

Qualifications

• Superb copy-writing ability.
• Knowledge of the German language will be considered an advantage.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Determination to meet deadlines and deliver results.
• Confidence in speaking over the phone.
• A passion for learning and self-improvement.
• Positive attitude and desire to succeed.
• Ability to learn quickly from our business leaders.
• A 2.1 and above academic qualification of a university degree (or equivalent).
• Eligibility to work in the UK is a must.
