About the Role:

The CrowdStrike OverWatch team is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated intrusion analyst to join us in defending CrowdStrike customers from adversaries.

What You’ll Do:

As part of our remote close-knit team of threat hunters, you will use your cybersecurity experience to identity intrusions, analyse adversary activity, improve detection capability, and communicate your findings to customers as part of our time-sensitive mission to help stop breaches.

If you have experience in detecting and responding to threats in Active Directory or cloud identity services, and you want to gain fast-paced experience in dealing with state-sponsored threat actors, we may have a role for you!

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in detecting and responding to threats using endpoint, identity, or cloud data 
• Demonstrated understanding of Active Directory or cloud identity services
• Ability to think analytically and use critical thinking to assess activity quickly and accurately
• Ability to convey technical concepts to stakeholders with precision and clarity

Bonus Points:

• Hands-on experience hunting for and/or responding to incidents associated with nation-state adversaries.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems other than Windows (Linux, macOS)
• Experience in a security operations center or similar environment tracking threat actors or responding to incidents
• Experience creating detection rules
