The Information Technology Division (CS-IT) provides quality IT services and innovative information technology solutions to support the Bank’s operations and to fulfill the Bank’s strategic objectives in an efficient and effective manner, continuously adapting to business needs.

Under the direct supervision of the Head of Unit the incumbent will closely collaborate with the client Divisions, engaging with end-users and all contributors to cross-functional projects.
The incumbent will be the main IT contact for their designated Division(s) and will act as their intermediary with external support providers.
He/she will assess business needs, translate them into incidents or change requests, and supervise their development into project mode when required.
The Unit’s project portfolio has a significant cross-functional aspect, requiring the incumbent to work with and coordinate several teams (adapted to the projects under his/her responsibility), both within the IT Division (architecture, infrastructure, security, service desk) and within the organization.
About the Role:
The IT Corporate Systems Unit (CS-IT-CS) within the IT Division is seeking two skilled Application Experts with specialization in one or more of the following areas:
HR Specialization: Deliver first-line technical support for the Bank’s HR applications and systems, with a primary emphasis on payroll processes (integrated within SuccessFactors Cloud and S/4HANA Accounting) alongside other SuccessFactors modules. Further responsibilities include supporting the management and deployment of annual SuccessFactors cloud releases to ensure seamless updates and system optimization.
Communication Specialization: Enhance the Bank’s communication platforms, including website management (Wagtail technology), intranet (Liferay technology), and selection of a new mailing platform. Supervises system updates and the implementation of upgrades requested by the business.
For HR Specialization:
I. HRIS Technical Management:
Responsible for the technical implementation and management of HR systems, including SAP/SuccessFactors, focusing on modules such as payroll, employee central and talent management, and other applications.
Responsible for the decommissioning of existing HR tools, eg current time management and recruitment systems.
Act as the primary technical support on correcting anomalies, payroll entries, and verifications of monthly payroll data transfers from SuccessFactors into SAP S/4HANA coordinating with external maintenance services on complex technical issues.
Collaborate closely with HR to support large-scale changes to the system, including mass data uploads, organizational chart updates due to restructuring, modifications to data portlets, and conducting rigorous system testing post-changes.
Ensure the implementation of data protection and safeguarding processes within the HR systems from a technical perspective.
II. HR Process Optimization:
Collaborate with the HR Division to streamline and optimize HR processes.
Provide insights and recommendations for HR technology-driven solutions.
Provide technical support for HR reporting using tools such as SuccessFactors Reporting Center, payroll reporting, and SAP SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud).
III. Change Management:
Collaborate in change management initiatives to support the adoption of new HR technologies and processes.
Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct workshops to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.
For Communication Specialization:
I. Website and Intranet Management:
Manage and upgrade the institutional website (Wagtail technology) and intranet (Liferay technology), ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and user engagement.
Lead the community of mini-site administrators and oversee functional and technical upgrades.
II. Digital Communication Tools:
Coordinate the selection and implementation of new digital communication platforms, including email marketing systems.
Monitor industry trends and suggest enhancements to digital communication strategies and tools.
III. Content Strategy and Development:
Collaborate with the communications Division to develop and implement content strategies that align with organizational goals.
Ensure the effective dissemination of information through digital channels, maintaining consistency and brand integrity.
