At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our UniQue team.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Manage and follow up a set of the project’s components in some or all their life cycle phases: inception, elaboration, construction and transition; during the software development cycle of the plan.
- Manage and follow up activities like architecture, specifications, development, tests, implementation, deployment, etc.
- Apply and enforce the team procedures and project office tasks, raising warnings.
- Enforce the delivery of the project(s) according to the agreed schedule/Project Work Plan, scope with the expected quality and with the resources provided.
- Escalate issues, risk and in particular the ones with potential impacts on quality, time, resources or business stakeholders.
- Coordinate the projects’ various stakeholders.
- Follow up the testing cycles for the application (Factory Acceptance Testing, Site Acceptance Testing, and Conformance testing with MS).
- Coordinate and engage with the Architecture team for any support on architecture and security matters.
- Coordinate and engage with the operational and infrastructure team to ensure the correct and timely delivery of infrastructure, MW and tooling for making the different environment available.
- Support definition of the reporting and delivery of required information in ways that are appropriate to the target audience.
- Report on the project status (tasks progress, plan, actions, risks, issues, decisions, changes, etc.).
Requirements
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Bachelor degree in IT or related field and 13 years of experience in IT.
- Previous experience with the technological aspects of the project: application design (Java, Oracle, containers, mTLS, Kubernetes, Camunda, KAFKA) and implementation and testing (functional, UI, performance, stress, security) including the risks and the success factors.
- Previous experience in working in highly technical or specialised projects.
- Previous experience with collaborating with Solution Architects/IT analysts as an IT PM.
- Experience in producing and/or reviewing documents and deliverables (use cases, technical and testing specification, logical data model, test results, UI specification, design documents).
- Experience in providing suggestions for service, procedures or methodology improvements.
- Fluent in English, at least at a level B2.
