As an IT Systems Technician at Uline’s Edmonton location, ensure the warehouse and offices are properly equipped with top technology! Join our growing North American company for new opportunities and job stability you can count on!Position ResponsibilitiesSet up and manage computers, printers, audio / visual equipment and mobile devices.Manage the IT inventory system, tracking assets and performing scheduled preventative maintenance.Provide support and training to end-users, ensuring excellent customer service.Troubleshoot technical support requests and manage user accounts including permissions.Minimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.
