UNDP would like procure services for ITB- Construction of Katikara Women’s Daily Market -Kakumiro District in Uganda, as per attached ITB and Statement of works
A mandatory group site inspection will be conducted on 13th October 2025, at Katikara Women’s Daily Market – Katikara South Village, Katikara Parish- Kakumiro District
Please attach signed certificate of site inspection confirmation.
Please submit your bid on your letterhead that should be signed and stamped on the Quantum supplier portal, not later than indicated date in Quantum, addressed to UNDP Uganda stating clearly whether the prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT and any other taxes that may be applicable. Your letterhead should clearly show your tax identification number, TIN.
Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system.
