• • Education: A graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Procurement, or a related field. • Experience: o At least five years in a financial management role, with significant experience in procurement. o Proven track record in managing budgets, financial reporting, and procurement in an international or intergovernmental context. • Skills: o Strong understanding of modern accounting practices, ERP systems, and procurement methodologies. o Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with the ability to adapt to organizational software. o Fluent in English (verbal/written) with the capability to communicate complex financial and procurement concepts clearly. • Personal Attributes: o High level of integrity, responsibility, and adaptability. o Ability to work under pressure, with strong problem-solving and judgement skills. o Commitment to IUCN’s mission and ethical standards. |
