Robert Half is offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative I in the manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer accounts, and providing relevant information to vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and appropriate responses to customer inquiries received via phone

• Perform accurate processing of payments made over the phone

• Update and maintain customer accounts with the utmost accuracy

• Provide necessary information to vendors as required

• Proactively contact customers to enroll them into direct debit and email invoicing

• Build and maintain relationships with both vendors and lessees

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Customer Service 1+ years preferred

• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong ability to handle Documentation efficiently

• Familiarity with Invoice handling and Payment Processing

• Knowledge of Insurance policies and Auditing procedures

• Proficiency in performing Reconciliations

• Experience dealing with Vendors

• Understanding of Credit systems and Financial Notes
