Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sales Assistant in Aventura, Florida. In this role, you will work directly with the Sales Operations team, assisting in planning methods for recording and reporting on daily sales statistics. Your insights and administrative skills will be crucial in defining, tracking, and reporting on key metrics that indicate sales effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to plan, track, record, and report on data
• Liaise across various departments to provide comprehensive and consumable information when needed
• Define, track, and report on key metrics that indicate sales effectiveness
• Provide consistent metric updates to department leaders
• Alert department leaders to any decrease in metrics
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new systems to streamline standard operating procedures for sales
• Verify and add additional talk time for daily reporting
• Update, review, and provide daily sales reports to the Sales Leader and Director
• Utilize CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Closing Processes, Complaint Handling, C-Suite, Data reporting, and Data Integration skills in daily tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suites including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to effectively handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions
• Familiarity with C-Suite or executive level customer management
• Experience in closing processes and sales negotiations
• Advanced data reporting and data integration skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Willingness to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
