As part of this commitment, we are seeking to appoint three Capital Graduate roles for a period of twelve weeks from July to September 2023 reporting to the Head of Programme but with day-to-day management from the Capital Estates project leads, move managers and project administrators who lead on short, medium- and long-term assisting with the delivery of built environment projects and related property inspections and maintenance.
Applications are welcome from University of Greenwich Built Environment students either having completed or working towards a degree. The successful candidate (x3) will have a minimum of 12 months knowledge and experience of the built environment and a clear understanding of design and construction management. The post holder must be highly proficient in MS Office and have first-hand experience with measured surveys, drawings, construction management, health and safety and RAMS.
The post holder will be expected to attend site visits and travel between the three campuses.
