UNIP’s aim is to encourage innovation and enterprise by providing a bridge between the corporate and academic worlds.About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Operations Manager for our innovation park at the Jubilee Campus. You will deliver seamless operation and maintenance of our estate, ensure exceptional customer service, and cultivate a vibrant community. Key responsibilities include managing daily site activities, overseeing tenant relations, maintaining high standards across the site, and ensuring health and safety compliance. This is a busy, exciting, and varied role which would suit someone looking for their next challenge who will approach it with energy and optimism.Ideal Candidate:

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience in facilities or operational management

Ability to handle diverse tasks and work independently
