The successful candidate will participate in delivering quality complex healthcare projects within an integrated project team. We are looking for candidates that have excellent communication skills, 3 years of demonstrated professional experience in delivering architectural projects, and exceptional skills in producing and coordinating contract documents.Role accountabilities:

• Collaboration with the greater project team in the development of technical drawings/contract documents
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• Assist on projects as requested to enhance experience and expand on knowledge

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree or diploma in architectural and building technology from an accredited technical college
• Minimum 3 years of architectural experience with demonstrated relevant project experience
• Proficiency with Autodesk, Revit, dRofus and Bluebeam
• Ability to work within a team environment

The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
