Main Purpose

This role will join the Global Magnum team. A challenging role which rewards those with exceptional brand crafting skills, a genuinely entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to connect with a wide team and win together. Success only comes from those willing to work closely with markets whilst crafting the brand at the same time as pushing to deliver truly outstanding Magnum products and campaigns across our core range.

This rol e comes with great empowerment, trust and responsibility as you will be responsible for the most important and biggest segment of Magnum, the core . It will suit an ambitious brand crafter who is looking to make a meaningful final step on their journey to beco me a Brand Manager .

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

  • Responsible core platform, continuously striving our biggest business contributors, communication & renovation.

  • Working closely with the X-functional global team and the regions to analyze if the current core platform design

  • Develop strong trade & consumer story based on all the elements of the core renovation.

  • Develop and execute new communication assets to drive core platform

  • Responsible for the development of brand visual identity

  • Lead of the global adaptation & user rights process being the key person managing the workload and process within the Global Magnum team and between all the markets.

  • Driving and understanding regional/cultural nuances between key regions to drive the best 6P mix for Magnum core ( EU &ANZ, MET, Asia, LATAM, North America)

  • Managing projects budget, including monitoring & planning

  • Active member of the Magnum Global Brand Community.

  • Lead cross-functional team (R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain, CMI, CTI ).

    Business Skills

  • Innovation and complex project management experience.

  • Strong brand crafter, with analytical skillset and business acumen.

  • High creativity, sense of esthetic and proven track records in development of outstanding communication.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to use both logical and emotional reasoning.

  • Nice to have: an understanding of Ice Cream category.

  • Committed team member with a high passion for growth & excellence .

  • High level E.I and ability to able to build strong relationships with, and manage culturally diverse groups of people .

EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE/THE QUALITIES WE LOOK FOR

  • 2+ years of experience in FMCG Marketing with exposure to brand and mix development, consumer insights, digital marketing, channel marketing and local marketing.

  • Experience with a luxury/premium brand is a plus

  • Experience in Ice Cream category is a plus
