Associated administrative duties will be undertaken accordingly.The post holder will attend outpatient clinics and theatre lists for their own learning and will be given responsibility and workload fitting with their experience and ability.Main duties of the jobThe post holder will be involved in the day-to-day running of the urology inpatient service. This will include attending ward rounds and managing emergency cases and will have opportunities to attend theatre lists.The post holder will be responsible, as part of the urology team to participate in the on-call rota, attend ward round, manage emergency cases and participate in educational activities in the unit.During their time in the urology department, the Junior Clinical Fellow can expect to improve their clinical and surgical skills in general urology and other subspecialist areas to a certain extent.
