Job Description:The Junior Project Manager will assist in planning, coordinating, and managing high-rise residential construction projects. This role involves supporting senior project managers in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
  • Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management.
  • Support compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Resolve day-to-day project issues and escalate when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction project coordination or management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Quebec.
