Job Description:The Junior Project Manager will assist in planning, coordinating, and managing high-rise residential construction projects. This role involves supporting senior project managers in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management.
Support compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
Resolve day-to-day project issues and escalate when necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in construction project coordination or management.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Quebec.
