Junior Trader – Market MakingLeading London-based trading firm has an outstanding opportunity for a trader to join their low latency trading team.Our client is a leading quant prop trading and market-making business. They operate across CFD’s, Commodities and Equities.The Junior Trader will:

• Work closely with the Head of Trading and the quant team and assist in the design and development of new trading algorithms.
• Trade execution,manual or algo execution
• Work on connectivity to Financial Exchanges
• Improve/maintain existing strategies
• Work with senior traders, understand requirements for new applications and strategies to develop and also resolve issues if any

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to work with smart people in a collaborative environment that is solely focused on cross asset trading.They avoid the bureaucracy of larger organisations and keep their management structures flat. • STEM Degree, Masters or PhD from a top University Globally
• Experience in instituational trading
• Exposure to CFD, futures, swaps, options a bonus
