Salary: £31,650 – £43,606 per annum

This role is ideal for an educator who is committed to nurturing young learners and creating a positive and engaging classroom environment.As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping the learning journey of young pupils, helping them build strong academic foundations and develop confidence in their abilities.Key Responsibilities
- Lesson Planning & Delivery: Create and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Assessment & Progress Monitoring: Track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and set targets for continued development.
- Inclusive Teaching: Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of all pupils.
- Building Relationships: Establish strong connections with pupils, parents, and staff to support student well-being and learning.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure a holistic and well-rounded educational experience.
- School Community Involvement: Contribute to the wider school community, including extra-curricular activities and school initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
- Experience teaching KS1 is preferred, though experience in EYFS or KS2 will also be considered.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to inspiring young learners.
- Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the school’s positive culture.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
