Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Support the social, emotional, and academic development of your pupils
- Monitor and track pupil progress, providing feedback and support to help all students achieve their potential
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture, promoting respect, teamwork, and a love of learning
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of all learners
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to keep them informed of their child’s progress
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities, school events, and community projects
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 or a strong desire to work with this age group
- A passionate, creative, and dedicated approach to teaching
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
- A proactive, solution-focused attitude with a commitment to raising standards
- A reflective practitioner who is committed to their own professional development and growth
