The role will involve some planning due to the nature of the start date being at the start of the academic year.About the role: Prepare and deliver KS1 lessonsImplement effective and appropriate behaviour management strategiesWork alongside the Classroom TA to ensure lessons are effectiveDifferentiate learning materials to ensure each pupil benefitsAttend weekly staff meetingsRequirements:Must have UK recognised QTSStrong understanding of KS1 curriculumHave a positive and ambitious attitude to learningHave a willingness to enhance the schools ethosAble to work effectively with colleagues, children and external agenciesMust be available full-time and long-term from SeptemberAbout the school:3 form entry school rated ‘outstanding’ by OfstedHigh focus on creativity and child lead learningSupportive wider school communityCareer development prospectsClick ‘Apply Now’ to be considered for this position as a KS1 Class Teacher.
