We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality education.Job Description:As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to Year 1 and Year 2 pupils. You will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our students, ensuring they develop a strong foundation in literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills. Your creativity and enthusiasm will help create a positive and stimulating classroom environment where every child can thrive.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and respect.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student development and well-being.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to embrace new teaching strategies.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
