Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 2 (KS2) Primary Teacher looking for flexible and rewarding teaching opportunities? We are working with a network of fantastic schools and are currently seeking passionate KS2 teachers to join our team of supply staff.About the Role:By joining us at Randstad, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools, covering planned and unplanned absences. Your role will involve delivering engaging lessons, supporting student learning, and creating a positive classroom environment. Whether you prefer short-term or long-term placements, we have a range of opportunities to suit your availability and preferences.Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons that engage and inspire young learners.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Adapt and differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
  • Build positive relationships with students, staff, and school leaders.
  • Support and encourage children in their academic and personal development.

We are looking for a teacher who:

  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (KS2).
  • Demonstrates a passion for working with young children and creating a love of learning.
  • Is adaptable, reliable, and flexible with a positive approach to teaching.
  • Has excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
