Application Contact:Are you passionate about teaching science in a nurturing, student-centered environment? We’re looking for a dedicated Science Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with small class sizes, limited to just 12 students, allowing for personalised and meaningful teaching.Our students have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and often face additional challenges such as Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties. We believe in a ‘can’t do yet’ approach, promoting resilience and growth. As part of our trauma-informed school, you’ll receive thorough therapeutic training and support to help you meet the unique needs of our students.Your Role:

• Teach a comprehensive Science curriculum across Key Stage 3, GCSE, and Functional Skills levels.
• Develop strong, supportive relationships with students to inspire and engage them.
• Work closely with educational and therapy professionals, parents/carers, and local authorities to achieve excellent outcomes.
• Contribute to both academic and extra-curricular programs, sharing your own passions and expertise.
