Under the supervision of WPHF Deputy Head of Secretariat and in collaboration with the L-HUB team, the L-HUB Knowledge Management intern will be responsible for providing project and research support to WPHF L-HUB initiatives targeting WPHF active and past CSO partners and additional CSOs working in conflict-affected settings.
The L-HUB Knowledge Management intern will support the L-HUB’s team to produce and disseminate knowledge products in different languages, organize, manage and enrich the L-HUB digital library on WPS-HA issues and the L-HUB Facebook group and distribution list in addition to supporting the L-HUB’s visibility among CSO partners, donors and wider audiences.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the L-HUB team with the drafting of learning resources (peer exchange briefs, training tip-sheets etc.).
- Assist the L-HUB team in the preparation, coordination and further dissemination of L-HUB online and in-person events (training webinars, peer exchanges, knowledge cafv©s etc.) in multiple languages and channels (Zoom, YouTube, Facebook, MailChimp etc.).
- Support the organizing and regular updating of the L-HUB’s Digital Library and its inventory.
- Support the management of the L-HUB distribution list, drafting and dissemination of Monthly updates and the onboarding of CSO partners to the L-HUB.
- Assist the L-HUB team in identifying and promoting learning, networking and coalition building opportunities for CSO partners through the L-HUB Facebook group.
- Support the L-HUB team with the production of communication materials and contents to enhance the L-HUB’s visibility among CSO partners, donors, public and other audiences and support the L-HUB team resource mobilization efforts.
- Carry out other tasks assigned to support the L-HUB team and the WPHF secretariat, as required.

Required Skills and Experience
Education:
- University studies in one of the following disciplines: International relations, gender studies, social and/or political science, international development, human rights, international law or other relevant subjects is required.
- Meet one of the following:
- Be enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher);
- Be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum Bachelor’s level or equivalent);
- Have graduated with a university degree and, if selected, must commence the internship within two-years period of graduation; or
- Be enrolled in a postgraduate professional traineeship program which is part of a degree programme and undertake the internship as part of the program requirements.
Language:
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English are required;
- Working knowledge of French or Spanish or Arabic language is required; working knowledge of another of these three languages is an advantage.
