GPAC is assisting a firm in Vernon, BC to find a Litigation Lawyer Opportunity – Join Their Team in the OkanaganTheir legal team is seeking a Litigation Lawyer with 3+ years of experience in general litigation and personal injury defense to join our growing team in the Okanagan. This is a full-time, hybrid role where the successful candidate will work both remotely and in-office, visiting our location a few times each week. We are committed to building a supportive and respectful workplace where honesty, trust, and collaboration are valued.About the Role: The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload and will independently conduct discoveries, mediations, applications, and trials, with mentorship available for larger, more complex cases. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow and make a significant impact while receiving support from experienced colleagues.Key Qualifications:

• Member of the BC Bar in good standing, legally entitled to practice in Canada
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, ideally with trial experience
• Strong business acumen and proficient verbal, negotiation, and drafting skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently, meeting all deadlines
• Effective communicator with exceptional client service abilities
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
