We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Lead Generation Administrator in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you will be liaising with potential clients over the phone, qualifying leads, and maintaining a systematic record of interactions using CRM tools. This position falls within the industry of lead generation, requiring a keen understanding of customer needs and preferences.Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with potential leads over the phone, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
• Qualify leads based on merchant interest, assessing their potential for conversion.
• Maintain an organized record of all interactions with leads, ensuring the data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Utilize CRM tools, specifically Salesforce, for lead management and tracking.
• Employ Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, for data management and documentation.
• Ensure all customer inquiries are promptly and effectively addressed, fostering positive customer relationships.
• Monitor customer accounts regularly, taking appropriate action as required.
• Continuously update your knowledge of the lead generation industry, staying abreast of latest trends and best practices.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Administration is a must-have skill for this position. Applicants should have prior experience in managing and customizing Salesforce systems.

• Strong working knowledge of Excel is required for this role. Applicants should have the ability to execute tasks such as data analysis, chart creation, and use of complex formulas.

• Proficiency in Word is necessary for this position. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating, editing, and formatting documents in Word.
