Job description

cFocus Software seeks a Lead Information Technology Specialist to support the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
Required Qualifications:

• Ten or more years of experience in information systems development
• Ten or more years of experience developing software systems in the Microsoft .Net Framework on the web
• Successfully designed, deployed and managed PaaS cloud systems in the Microsoft Azure Government Cloud environment
• Successfully deployed and configured Azure Defender in support of NIST 800-53 security controls
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• Ensured software development projects are CMMI-Dev ML3 compliant.
• Certified Scrum Master
• Experience with Qlik Sense Solution, Visual Studio .NET, C# (C Sharp), Castle Windsor, DevExpress ASP.NET MVC Extensions, JavaScript, NuGet, Entity Framework, Log4Net, & EasyQuery.

The Lead Information Technology Specialist position performs the following actions:

• Experience in assessing/reviewing security programs across multiple platforms.
• Experience with using relevant and current IT industry and federal stands to review and assess systems operations.
• Experience in interpreting and applying IT systems security principles, concepts, and methods.
• Experience in staying current with new and updated IT security developments.
• Experience in interpreting and applying project management principles and methods.
