Lead Information Technology Specialist

cFocus Software seeks a Lead Information Technology Specialist to support the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
Required Qualifications:

Ten or more years of experience in information systems development
Ten or more years of experience developing software systems in the Microsoft .Net Framework on the web
Successfully designed, deployed and managed PaaS cloud systems in the Microsoft Azure Government Cloud environment
Successfully deployed and configured Azure Defender in support of NIST 800-53 security controls
PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
Ensured software development projects are CMMI-Dev ML3 compliant.
Certified Scrum Master
Experience with Qlik Sense Solution, Visual Studio .NET, C# (C Sharp), Castle Windsor, DevExpress ASP.NET MVC Extensions, JavaScript, NuGet, Entity Framework, Log4Net, & EasyQuery.

The Lead Information Technology Specialist position performs the following actions:

Experience in assessing/reviewing security programs across multiple platforms.
Experience with using relevant and current IT industry and federal stands to review and assess systems operations.
Experience in interpreting and applying IT systems security principles, concepts, and methods.
Experience in staying current with new and updated IT security developments.
Experience in interpreting and applying project management principles and methods.
