This role involves developing and executing operational and maintenance job plans, setting work priorities, and providing technical and developmental support to staff. The incumbent will lead a team of maintenance technicians on essential utility infrastructure, ensuring that operations and maintenance align with ATCO Electric’s standards of efficiency, safety, and quality.What You’ll Do:
