Reporting to the Center Manager and working under the direct supervision of licensed rehabilitation therapists, the Lead Rehabilitation Aide helps support the coordination of daily activities within the rehabilitation department.
In addition to performing the standard duties of a Rehabilitation Aide, the Lead provides structure and guidance to other aides, helping to organize daily operations, maintain a safe and efficient therapy environment, and ensure effective communication among the rehabilitation team.
This role serves as a liaison between the rehab aides, therapists, and Center Manager to promote smooth operations and consistent, high-quality care within the PACE program.

Range: $23 – $28/hourly
