In the context of increasing change the University of Nottingham needs to leverage on the combined learning of its people. We are therefore looking for a Learning Data and Knowledge Manager to lead on maximizing our effectiveness through our approach to the use of learning data and knowledge. You will be responsible for developing and ensuring we have a data-driven learning strategy that supports both the organisation’s learning goals and its wider objectives.

You will work closely with key internal partners to identify learning data needs, establish suitable data collection and analysis processes, curate a vibrant knowledge base and provide insights and recommendations for optimizing learning outcomes.
