This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering LEAF’s strategic ambitions by developing innovative learning solutions that increase the adoption of Integrated Farm Management (IFM), LEAF Marque and regenerative farming practices across the UK and internationally.

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Innovation and Knowledge Exchange, you’ll lead the design, development and delivery of LEAF’s learning and training portfolio. • Monitor programme performance, learner engagement and impact, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to develop new learning programmes, partnerships and income-generating activities.
  • Represent LEAF at meetings, events and industry forums, promoting knowledge exchange and best practice.
  • Work collaboratively across the organisation to ensure learning supports LEAF’s strategic objectives.

About you

We’re looking for someone who combines technical agricultural knowledge with a passion for learning and development.

You’ll bring:

  • A strong understanding of sustainable and regenerative farming systems, Integrated Farm Management (IFM) and environmental best practice.
  • Experience designing and delivering engaging learning and training programmes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into practical, engaging learning resources.
  • Experience managing learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent project and programme management abilities, with experience managing multiple priorities.
  • A data-driven approach to evaluating learning effectiveness and improving outcomes.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities that support organisational growth and sustainability.
  • A collaborative, proactive and organised approach, with excellent attention to detail.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Knowledge of LEAF Marque or agricultural assurance schemes.
  • Experience of instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Experience working in membership organisations, charities or on externally funded projects.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and multilingual learning resources.
  • Experience supporting business development or commercial training services.

Why join LEAF?
