At LEAF (Linking Environment And Farming), we’re looking for a Learning Development Manager to lead the development and delivery of our learning and skills programmes that support farmers, advisers, educators, auditors and agri-food professionals to adopt more sustainable farming practices.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering LEAF’s strategic ambitions by developing innovative learning solutions that increase the adoption of Integrated Farm Management (IFM), LEAF Marque and regenerative farming practices across the UK and internationally.
Reporting to the Director of Innovation and Knowledge Exchange, you’ll lead the design, development and delivery of LEAF’s learning and training portfolio. Combining technical agricultural knowledge with excellent programme management and stakeholder engagement skills, you’ll ensure our learning offer is engaging, accessible, impactful and commercially sustainable.
Working collaboratively across LEAF, you’ll partner with colleagues in technical, education, membership, communications and standards teams, as well as external partners and industry stakeholders, to create learning experiences that deliver real value for our members.

Location: Hybrid working (minimum one day per week at LEAF office, currently Friday)
Hours: Full-time (9-5, five days per week)
Salary Range: £39,000-£41,000 per annum
