Do you have a passion for supporting children to access their education and overcome any challenges and barriers they may face?Protocol Education are working with a SEN school in Buckinghamshire who have some of the best facilities to support the children who attend the school.The curricullum is designed around the individual needs of the children, playing to their strengths and igniting a passion for thei education.Whilst experience of working in an education setting may be beneficial, it is not essential. Prior candidates who were successful had backgrounds in: Youth Work, Care/ Hospital experience, Art/ Creative backgrounds, Psychology/ Sociology Graduates. This list is not exhaustive, so please get in touch if you are keen to kickstart your career in education. You do not need to hold any formal teaching/ learning support qualifications, but you must feel comfortable supporting students with their learning.Start Date: SeptemberFull TimeHours: 8:30-4pmThe role:
